Follow these important steps for after hours care:
1. If it is a medical emergency, call 000. Do not come direct to the hospital.
2. For other medical problems, call 8390 3492 or 8130 3488 and your call with be triaged so appropriate care/advice can be accessed.

If you need to make a non-urgent appointment, or to check test results, or request a prescription or referral, please try to telephone between 12 noon and 2pm when our phones are less busy.
Please remember that our doctors work part-time. On some occasions you may not be able to see your normal doctor, and one of our other doctors will provide quality care. If necessary, your normal doctor will be consulted to ensure continuity of care.
The length of a standard appointment is 15 minutes and this is usually only enough to cover one health issue. It is important for other patients waiting that appointments run to the scheduled time. If you have a number of health issues to discuss, or a complex issue then please book a longer appointment. Level C appointments are 30 minutes and Level D appointments are 45 minutes.
You will receive text message reminders or confirmations of appointments. Please inform the reception staff and ensure they have your current mobile telephone number.
If you are unable to attend a schedule appointment please telephone the practice on 8390 3492.
